Everything was good.
Staff couldn't have been more caring and the volunteers were marvelous.
Very concerned about going to the center for the first time. Now I can't wait to go back again.
What a wonderful service.

The staff here are incredible - we couldn't have been more blessed to be in such a comforting environment with my mum in her last days/weeks. My mum struggles at times but the staff here have helped and have been a tremendous help when extra care is needed to help settle her(and even us) at times.

My care was good because it was as it says. 'care' not just somebody doing their job.
The attention was constant and genuine, friendly, not artificial and it would take me a very long time to think of how you can improve.
I shall not hesitate to make everyone I know what an excellent 'home' this really is.
'Home' me aning exactly that.
Just one tiny, picky thought, which is in no way a criticism, it would be nice to get a paper on Saturday's).

The care and the staff I do not think they can be improved.
Nurses doctors carers even kitchen staff have been great to me and the patient.
He has been very settled and has had very good care.
A big thank you from me and our family.

As to date I have not received any treatment but I am more than happy with the way the hospice has welcomed me and made me feel at ease.
